We want you to love your BEC + BRIDGE pieces; however, if you change your mind, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the security seal and all brand tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
